A report of the Seminar, it discovered that for effective social action for child rights in India, substantial preparation would be necessary by the government, academic professionals and volunteers to sensitize themselves as well as adults and children from capital cities to far flung villages so that violations of the rights could be monitored, exposed and redressed. It recommends to start with the legal steps immediately and social mediation at the same time on the basis of interactive two way communication.
