This is preliminary fact-finding report on the 'Gulab Singh child death case' was jointly initiated by the Sambhavana Trust, Bhopal and the CACL. As part of this fact finding, the Corporator Shri Madanlal Ranjhi, the District Collector, Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, the Deputy Labour Commissioner Shri R G Pandey and local activists were interviewed. Several documents such as the post mortum report, age certificate, forensic report, FIR, press reports, and the like were collected and are included as annexures to this fact finding report.
