The IACR has reached out to a wide range of NGOs, organizations, movements, academics to prepare an alternate report on India’s progress towards CRC realization. The Constitutional Commitments and the CRC form the bedrock of any planning that is undertaken for children. This report sets out comments on the State party’s responses to the Committee’s concluding observations, assessment and comments on the main body of the SPR, and emerging concerns and recommendations.
