520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. |
Summary, etc |
OMCT aims to analyze national laws in terms of the international commitments that a government has made. Children largely have benefitted from Tunisia’s economic and social progress, their living conditions have improved and access to health and education is ensured for most. Tunisia has also taken additional measures in favor of child rights. However, the Tunisian state is very repressive. Examples of violations of basic human rights are not unusual which are covered in the report. |
