A report concerning the Application of the convention on the Rights of the Child in Guatemala. It aims to analyze national laws in terms of the international commitments that a government has made and highlights some of the major child atrocities like child prostitution and trafficking, torture and other inhuman or degrading taken place. The book also talks about the law and judial system related to such issues and gives recommendation to the State of Guatemala to make better laws protecting the rights of the children.
