This is a report of the proceedings of three workshops held for agencies, particularly Non-Government Organisations (NGOs), nodal offices of the State Government and others associated with the implementation of the INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME ON THE ELIMINATION OF CHILD LABOUR (IPEC). The workshops were intended to strengthen the capability of the agencies involved in the formulation and implementation of Action Programmes, to identify problems in the field of child labour that can be addressed by specific well-designed Action Programmes. This involved designing, managing and evaluating Action Programmes effectively and efficiently.
